Your own ordering page for restaurants in Sri Lanka
If you already have customers in Colombo and across Sri Lanka, and people already find you on Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or word of mouth, Ping2Dine makes it easy for those customers to order directly from you.
If you don't accept an order, it costs you nothing
You pay a small fixed amount for every order you accept, and it stays the same whether the order is small or large. There is no percentage. With a percentage, the more you sell the more you pay. With us, a busy night is simply a busy night.
What you get
- Your own ordering page, ready in minutes
- QR codes for your restaurant, your tables and your flyers
- Ordering through WhatsApp
- You keep your own delivery, your own riders or your own arrangement
No app for your guests, WhatsApp is enough
Guests order by scanning a QR code at the table or by opening your own ordering page in a browser. Nothing to install and no account to create. Orders also come in and can be managed through WhatsApp.
Your dashboard, in Sinhala
The restaurant dashboard is available in Sinhala as well as English, so you and your staff can run the menu, orders and settings in the language you're most comfortable with.
Payments go straight to you
You choose how guests pay: your own payment link or QR code, or cash on delivery or pickup. Ping2Dine never sits between you and your customer's payment.
What it costs
You pay a small fixed fee per confirmed order. No percentage of your turnover, no monthly cost, no contract that locks you in. Don't confirm an order, and you pay nothing for it.
Your money stays yours
Your customers pay you directly. Ping2Dine never holds your money and never takes a percentage of your turnover.
We also do not see what you earn. Our admin panel shows no financial data about your restaurant until you unlock it yourself with your own support PIN, and that unlock lasts one hour. This is enforced on our server, not just hidden in a screen.
Payment methods in Sri Lanka
Customer payments go directly to your own payment account, not through Ping2Dine. If your payment provider has its own payout schedule, that schedule applies, not ours.
The customer stays yours, not ours
We are not a delivery company and we do not want to be. You handle the food, we handle the ordering. And there is no percentage on top: you pay one small fixed amount per accepted order, so you always know in advance what it costs.
To be fair about it: Ping2Dine is not free. There is a small fixed fee per accepted order. There just isn't a percentage of what the order is worth.
